This card is really special.  By the time I am writing this (2025-08), there is only a single search result (!) on google for this card (109-63100-11), and this was written by myself on the german voodooalert forum. What's also special is the DVI port that this card has. All other Rage 128 Pro models that have a DVI port, are Mac cards. But this is a regular x86 PC card, with a x86 BIOS and a fully functional DVI port. This card clearly originates from an OEM machine, which is indicated by the galvanized, matte slot bracket and the clocks of 120/120 MHz.
