There are also 32 MB models of this card with the same P/N around. Both 16 and 32 MB cards have a 128-bit memory interface, and both are available with clocks of 118/140 MHz Core/Mem. My 16 MB card is also clocked like this. There might also be cards that clock at 120/120 MHz (like my -11 card), but I can't give first-hand information on this.
